Author info

Below is important information regarding your presentation at ICDL-Epirob, for the different categories.

ORAL PRESENTATION

ICDL-Epirob will showcase 21 oral presentations in a single-track format across three days (Tuesday to Thursday). The presentation of each paper must be limited to 15 minutes, to allow 10 additional minutes for Q&A and speaker transition. Please, bring your own laptop with either VGA or HDMI output port. If you cannot bring your own laptop, please contact the local chairs ASAP. Once at the conference, meet the Session Chairs a few minutes before the beginning of your session to check equipment compatibility. If something is not working properly, please ask for help to one of the Conference Helpers.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Total of 22 contributed papers and 6 late breaking abstract will be presented as posters at the conference: 9 or 10 presentations each day, during a dedicated poster session in the evening.
Prepare a poster that is A0 or smaller than A0 to bring at the conference; on the day of your poster session, you will be able to hang your poster during the morning coffee break; you must use the poster stand which shows your paper ID; the poster session will be 90 minutes long in the evening.

WORKSHOPS

Full-day workshops will be held on Monday. If you are organizing a workshop, you will be assigned a room with chairs and a projector. There is no poster stand in the workshop rooms therefore the posters should hang on the walls of the rooms. Details of the workshops are available on the conference website (http://icdl-epirob2018.ogata-lab.jp/program/).

See you in Tokyo!
